Jillian Walsh, RD, CDE
Jillian is our lead Registered Dietitian here at change.creates.change Nutrition Counselling and is currently registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Jillian graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and completed a dietetic internship at Eastern Health in St. John’s, Newfoundland. She is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology to help her better service the disordered eating population. Jillian is experienced in delivering both individual nutrition counselling and group psychoeducation to children, adolescents and adults. She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator and trained in Emotion Focused Family Therapy. Jillian has worked in eating disorders since 2013 and is experienced in the Maudsley Model. Jillian works with our pediatric and adult clients whom are seeking recovery from their eating disorder.
I have had the privilege of working with Jillian over the past 2 years while working with hospital and community Eating Disorder clients. I have worked with many dietitians over my 17 years of practice and have never come across a practitioner that embodies all of the skills, competence, dedication and successful outcomes that Jillian encompasses.

Aimee Tyler-Smith, RD
Aimee is a Registered Dietitian here at change.creates.change. She is currently registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, and is a member of Dietitians of Canada. Aimee graduated from Western University with an Honors Specialization in Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Education, and graduated from Brescia University College with an Honors Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed a dietetic internship at London Health Sciences Centre where she first began working with the disordered eating population. Aimee is experienced working with both adolescents and adults in both individual counselling and group nutrition education. Aimee works with our adult clients whom are seeking recovery from their eating disorder as well as those interested in adopting an intuitive eating approach.
kathy mackay, RD, MSc
Kathy is a dietitian here at Change Creates Change; she is currently registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. She completed a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph (Applied Human Nutrition), a Masters of Science Degree from the University of Guelph (Human Health and Nutritional Sciences), and a Dietetic Internship from London Health Sciences Centre. Kathy is a seasoned dietitian with over 10 years of experience; eight of these years has been spent working in mental health & eating disorders. Over the past decade, Kathy has become increasingly passionate about fat activism, weight-inclusive care, and Health At Every Size®. She has a strong knowledge base around the harm caused to people of size as a result of experiencing weight/fat stigma. Kathy has delivered multiple presentations to healthcare providers to provide education on this topic. Research has shown that people in larger bodies often receive poorer quality of care within the current healthcare system. Kathy strongly believes that individuals on the higher end of the weight spectrum have a right to high quality, compassionate care.
Longbottom the Corgi
Longbottom is currently training to become our in-office therapy dog at change.creates.change Nutrition Counselling. Once certified, she will offer our clients emotional support during their appointments. Interaction with therapy animals has been shown to encourage communication, decrease anxiety and provide comfort in times of stress. We cannot wait for Longbottom to begin helping our clients in December! Read more on our blog.
Allison is a student volunteer at change.creates.change and helps with content and program development. She is from Montreal and moved to London to pursue her passion for nutrition at Brescia University College. She promotes intuitive eating and views food as fuelling the soul. Through her journey, Allison hopes to empower and educate the community to gain self-confidence and develop food literacy skills. She aspires to pursue a career in health and wellness as a Registered Dietitian.
Claudia is a student volunteer at change.creates.change and helps with content development. She is currently in her second year at Brescia University College studying Nutrition & Dietetics. Claudia is passionate about photography, nutrition, and living a balanced lifestyle. She loves cooking, eating, travelling, and being outdoors. Claudia hopes to study nutrition in a master’s program and pursue a career as a Registered Dietitian.
Jessica is a student volunteer at change.creates.change and helps with content and program development. She is in her first year pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition at Brescia University College. She has always had a passion for food and enjoys learning how nutrition plays a role in our health. Jessica loves being creative with food and enjoys travelling in her free time. She is passionate about overall wellness and has a desire to help others, leading to her pursuit of a career as a Registered Dietitian.
change.creates.change Nutrition Counselling offers student mentorship and volunteer opportunities for 8 to 12 month terms with a commitment of 2 to 4 hours per week. While there is no direct client involvement, you will gain experience with creative writing, social media management and resource development.
