Living with an eating disorder is HARD.

You're probably overwhelmed; maybe even feeling stuck. That's the tricky thing about an eating disorder - the longer you stay in it, the deeper you sink into the rut. And the deeper you sink, the harder it is to move past the rut and into eating disorder recovery. The team here at Change Creates Change gets it. We act as a guide to lend you a hand and make it easier to move through the recovery process.

We often say eating disorders start as a mental health concern and quickly become a physical health condition via malnutrition. Our multidisciplinary team of Registered Dietitians and Registered therapists are here to help with both the mental health and physical health components of an eating disorder.

We know you need support now and we're here to help, right away.

Our multidisciplinary team provides wrap-around eating disorder care in the community to help you best navigate eating disorder recovery.

Our approach to the treatment of eating disorders is evidence-based and integrates the most recent and relevant research. It is also client-centred and realistic. We focus on both renourishing the physical body through reversing malnutrition and improving mental health to shorten recovery time and help clients return to living their fullest lives as soon as possible.

The Change Creates Change team is skilled in providing eating disorder care. It's all we do and it's our passion.

The team is made up of Registered Dietitians and Registered therapists who are extensively trained in the leading eating disorder treatment modalities, including Family Based Therapy (FBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for eating disorders (CBT-e), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and more.

These eating disorder care providers will meet you where you are and create an individualized treatment plan that is tailored specifically to your needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We spend time learning about who you are as a human and all the facets of your life, in order to make realistic recommendations. From there, we formulate a treatment plan together.
