Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Specialized Honours in Psychology from York University, and a Master of Science Degree in Counselling Psychology from The University of the West Indies. Ashley has been working with children, youth, adults and families for over 10 years using a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT and Trauma Informed Care framework. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Ashley provides Clinical Supervision and Consultation services for therapists:
- Pursuing full registration as a Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO
- Pursuing full registration as a Registered Counselling Therapist with NSCCT
- Wanting to grow and develop their clinical skills and competency

- Adults living with Eating Disorders
- Athletes living with Eating Disorders
- Youth and Adults living with ARFID
