Shannon is a MScFN student at the Brescia School of Food and Nutritional Sciences at Western University with hopes to become a Registered Dietitian in the eating disorder field. Recovered from an eating disorder herself, she is passionate about increasing awareness about the dangers of diet-culture andeating disorders. Shannon is pursuing the “Health at Every Size” approach and strives to encourage healthy relationships between the mind, body, and food.
