Help your athletes on their journey to recovery.
Eating disorders are on the rise.
Eating disorders and relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S) are prevalent among athletes of all levels. Up to 49.2% of athletes are at risk for a clinical or subclinical eating disorder which can lead to long-lasting health consequences.
The consequences can be detrimental.
Besides the obvious decrease in athletic performance, your athletes physical and mental health could be at serious risk. Disordered eating and RED-S in athletes can lead to a plethora of medical consequences including hormone impairment, menstrual dysfunction, reduced bone density, metabolic impairments, cardiovascular concerns, and many more. These consequences will persist long after their athletic career is over. Together, we can stop these problems in their tracks.

Worried to say or do the wrong thing? You’re not alone.
The diet and body image culture which brews in the athletic industry is something every coach and trainer can find difficult to combat. These widely accepted ideals on how to look and eat can be incredibly harmful. Every day, I hear coaches say they don’t know how to help their athletes stay away from the toxicity of diet-culture and disordered eating. Being afraid to say something wrong often leads to saying nothing at all. We can help you learn how to do the right thing.
You can learn the skills to intervene.
Early detection and treatment is the best way to get help. This is why we created our Eating Disorder Care for Sports Coaches and Trainers course. As a coach/trainer, you can help your athletes prevent and navigate disordered eating and RED-S. Most times, you will be the first person to pick up on the red flags in athletes. This means that you can advocate for early intervention and reduce harm and suffering.
This is where I can help you.
